Enrolling at Timothy

Thank you for your interest in Timothy Christian School!

Please read the following documents to acquaint yourself with Timothy Christian School: our Mission & Values, Programs, Policies, and Practices at Timothy Christian School.


If you have any questions about this information or would like to visit the school, please contact the school office and a meeting with the school Principal will be scheduled.


Membership in Timothy Christian School is reserved for those families who attend the Canadian Reformed Church, the United Reformed Church, or other churches with which the Canadian Reformed Church has ecclesiastical fellowship (an officially recognized relationship). Parents who attend another Christian Church are welcome to request enrollment in Timothy Christian School but are not offered Membership. Membership allows parents to serve on the Board of Directors and its committees and provides members with voting privileges. All enrollment requests are considered by the Board of Directors on a case-by-case basis. If you are making a Membership or Enrollment request you must also electronically submit the “Statement of Mission and Values”.

If you are a member of a Canadian Reformed or United Reformed Church or another church with which ecclesiastical fellowship is maintained, please complete the Membership Application Form. Upon completion, click the submit button and it will be sent to the school office.

If you are not a member of a Canadian Reformed or United Reformed Church or another church with which ecclesiastical fellowship is maintained, but you still want to request enrollment for your children, please complete the Enrollment Request Form. Upon completion, click the submit button and it will be sent to the school office.

A member of the school administration or the Board of Directors (BOD) will contact you shortly after receiving your Membership or Enrollment request. A school tour with the principal and/or a meeting with members of the BOD will be arranged at that time.

If Membership and/or Enrollment are approved, you will be asked to complete a number of important documents (if applicable):

  • Student enrollment form for each child
  • Medical Consent form for each child
  • Bulk Payment Form for School Activities
  • Bus Drop-off Form
  • PAP Form
