The countdown to shut down has begun – Have you gotten your vouchers yet?

Your Timothy Voucher Program Committee is working hard preparing for the switchover to the ScripManager program with the shut down effective July 24th.  To facilitate a smooth transition, the reps are also staggering their stock returns so the sooner you contact your rep the better they are able to supply you.

As an introduction to the program, you can try out the demo here:

Some highlights:

  • All vendors can be sorted by type (ie groceries, retail) for easy reference or searched using the search bar
  • All denominations and percentage profits are listed clearly
  • You can set your favourites under the certificate list
  • You’ll be able to pay by credit card yourself, while all other payment options remain the same
  • The program will be tailored to Timothy, efficiently fulfilling our needs.

Note: while the demo shows a tuition credit option, this is not something that will be offered.

We are aiming for August 4th as the launch for the new program with an initial delivery date of August 10th.  Please be advised that this may change and we will quickly communicate that with you, so stay tuned!

Going forward:

  • Orders will need to be placed by Wednesday at noon for delivery on Thursday at 2pm.
  • Delivery options remain the same
  • Your rep is willing and able to help you through the program
  • Reps can place orders for you and collect payments
  • There will still be voucher tables at various events, starting with the Open House on August 30th.
